-The rates do not include a 6.5% Sales Tax and 8% Bed Tax.

-Some units can accommodate more than two guests, an additional charge of $15 per person per night will apply.

-Weekend Rates apply to Sunday of Memorial Day and Labor Day and the week of 4th of July.

-From Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day weekend, a two night minimum is required for all weekend rentals. A three night minimum is required for the three holiday weekends.

Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged full amount for one night stay or 50% for longer stays. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be assessed the full amount for the dates reserved. Should you fail to cancel and not arrive at the Inn you are responsible for the entire stay reserved.

Special Events at the Inn:
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date for an event hosted by the Lakehouse Inn will be charged for the entire package unless the reservation is re-rented in full.

Reservations made for Three or More Rooms or Greater than 3 Months in Advance:
An advance deposit of one night or 1/3 of the entire stay (whichever is greater) is required. The deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date AND the reservation is re-rented in full.

***All cancellations must be made by speaking to an innkeeper and receiving oral or written confirmation of the cancellation. We are not responsible for messages left on voicemail or through e-mail.***

• Check-in time is 1PM-B&B and 3PM-Cottages and Beach House

• Check-out time is 11AM

• Children are welcome

• We are unable to accommodate guest pets (there is one dog on the property)

• Smoking is limited to outside areas only, also in accordance with the 2006 newly enacted Ohio State Law.
