RESERVATIONS
We recommend booking your spa appointments in advance
to ensure the desired dates and times are available.
Due to the small size of our spa, sometimes last-minute
appointments can be difficult to schedule. For reservations/information,
please call the spa at 440-466-8668 x2.
ARRIVAL
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled
spa appointment. Arriving late will shorten your treatment
time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide 48 hours' notice if you must cancel
or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed $40
per treatment should you cancel or change your appointment
with less than 48 hours' notice. Failure to call or
show for appointments will result in a 100% charge
for reserved services.
VALUABLES
Please remove any jewelry and other valuables before
your spa visit. The Spa at The Lakehouse Inn will
not be held responsible for misplaced or lost items.
SPECIAL NEEDS
When you make your reservation, please notify the
receptionist of your particular desires or needs or
of any medical conditions you may have.
